24. Starting a Podcast with Fitness Trainer, YouTuber & TikToker, Wife, and Mom – Amy Paul

When the pandemic forced us to change the way we do fitness, Amy, a seasoned fitness trainer, leapt into action and started a YouTube channel, TikTok page, and Instagram page to give her clients the ability to stay connected and not lose momentum on their holistic health goals. With the growth of her Git LIIT (Low-Impact Interval Training) community to 20,000 people, she saw the need and opportunity to further support her community through an app, a blog, and a podcast.

In this episode of Courage Becomes Her, Amy talks about her desire and plan to launch a podcast. She dives into talking about her areas of concern, the mechanics of getting started, how to choose what topics to cover, whether or not to have a beta tester group, how to stay true to yourself through marketing, and some general helpful tips of getting started in the podcast world.

Amy and her husband, Elbert, have been married for 23 years and have three children (19, 12, and 7).

Amy truly has a heart for helping you live a holistic life. Please join her Git LIIT community - subscribe to her YouTube channel, follow her on Instagram and TikTok, and download her App, so that she can help and support you. You are also welcome to DM her through Instagram or LinkedIn – she would love to connect with you.
